In a renowned building of the 80s, in Via Durini in Milan, B&B Italia, on the strength of their consolidated tradition in the production of contemporary furniture, are continuing their research and innovation activities to extend their horizons and renew their store.
The 1700 m2 exhibition area integrates perfectly with the architectural solutions designed by Antonio Citterio, Patricia Viel and Partners, who have chosen KERLITE laminated stoneware by Cotto d'Este for the floors. This material has a thickness of only 3 mm and sizes up to 3 metres x 1.
The environment is never too neutral and museum-like. On the contrary, it has a strong impact.
This was the aim of the project, which included the use of materials such as Cotto d'Este laminated stoneware. By virtue of its beauty, resistance, top quality and ease-of-installation, the special 2 x 1 metre size has been chosen in the elegant Buxy Perle colour, which enhances space.
